Which Category is Right for me?

There are four categories of Professional Registration; Chartered Engineer, Incorporated Engineer, Engineering Technician and ICT Technician and each category follows a variation of the UK Standard for Professional Engineering Competence (UK-SPEC).

Engineering Technician (EngTech) (Draft)

Incorporated Engineer (IEng) (Draft)

Incorporated Engineers (IEng) maintain and manage applications of current and developing technology and may undertake engineering design, development, manufacture, construction and operation.

Chartered Engineer (CEng) (Draft)
